Plus One Inspection Services, Inc. is here to serve you the homebuyer in your new purchase. We have been in business 12 years and have completed over 5500 home inspections. Our inspections are conducted to the Standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Washington State Home Inspector Laws (WAC 308-408C: Standards of practice) Washington State Pest Management Association Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Laws of the State of Washington ( Washington Administrative Code 16-228-2005 through 16-228-2045). We are one of the few home inspectors in the area with a licensed Professional Engineer on staff. Our thorough reports produce an on-site set of field notes with a typed, same day summary report. We use the HomeTech Building Analysis Report and type and print out a Summary where the Major and Wood Destroying Organism Issues are summarized.  Inspection reports are completed on the same day. We aim for a 2 ½ hour inspection, start to verbal review. Summaries are emailed the same day or printed on site as time dictates.
Our Qualifications
Howard Maxfield has conducted over 5500 inspections accomplished over the last 12 years. Howard Maxfield is an ASHI Certified Inspector, and member of the American Society of Home Inspectors of Western Washington, the Washington State Pest Control Management Association. and is a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector by the State of Washington. Howard has 27 years of Industrial Maintenance and Engineering experience, Light Commercial Construction Experience, and is a Licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer. He has been a Home Inspector for the last 12 years and he currently serves on the Board of the ASHI Western Washington Chapter as President. He is insured per Washington State Law. |
